Who actually shows up at my house?

The family. We are a small family run shop, so the person you talk to on the phone is the person in your driveway. No rotating crews, no subcontractors, no badge numbers.

What will it cost?

The quote is free and the price lands before the work starts. We do not publish price lists because honest HVAC pricing depends on your actual system and your actual house. What we can promise is a fair number upfront and no surprises on the invoice.

Do you install heat pumps and mini-splits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and Portland is honestly the perfect climate for them. Mild wet winters are exactly what modern heat pumps are built for, and ductless mini-splits are a clean fit for older Portland homes that never had ductwork. We install and service both. Incentive programs for heat pumps come and go, so ask and we will tell you what is current rather than quoting numbers that expire.
